       Because of the low moisture in the green bricks, the drying process is several times shorter. The bricks are completely dry by the time the kiln car moves to the firing kiln.
 
       This results in a dramatic decrease in the amount of power needed in the drying process. In addition, this production method eliminates the necessity of drying frames or pallets.
 
       There is also no need to employ automatic stackers, storage units, drying frame feeders, electric transfer cars, or additional fuel for running the dry kilns - all expensive types of equipment and resources used at a typical brick - making factory.
 
       Thus, a brick - making factory using our technology is more than 150% smaller in size and more than 200% cheaper to build. The number of staff needed to maintain this kind of factory is also dramatically reduced.
