      Çin'deki "The 21st China International Ceramics Industry Exhibition" fuarındaki standımız Çin, Hindistan, Japonya, Avustralya, Avrupa ve pek çok diğer ülkelerin firmalarının büyük ilgisine neden olmuştur. Biz bu fuarın sonuçlarından pek memnun kaldık.

      2006 yılında tarafımızdan 6 tuğla fabrikasının projelerinin yapılması, donanımla tamamlanması, inşaatı ve kullanıma açılması işleri gerçekleştirilmiştir:

      2007 yılında 6 tuğla fabrikasının projelerinin yapılması ve inşaatı işleri devam etmektedir:

2.   Kazakistan	-	yılda 40 milyon tuğla
3.   Ulyanov vilayeti	-	yılda 15 milyon tuğla
4.   Tyumen vilayeti	-	yılda 30 milyon tuğla

6.   Stavropol vilayeti	-	yılda 30 milyon tuğla

 
      Stavropol vilayetinin Mineralniye Vodi kentinde Rusya'nın emektar inşaatçısı Palandov Y.I. için artık ikinci tuğla fabrikasının inşaatının sürdüğünün altını çizmek gerekir. Sahibinin söylediğine göre, ilki bir buçuk seneye kâra geçmiştir.
 

Rusya'da ilk defa tarafımızdan hammaddenin nem oranının % 0,3 dakiklikle otomatik kontrolünü yapan akıllı sistem uygulamaya konulmuştur. Bu uygulama tuğlanın dış görünüşünü keskin bir şekilde iyileştirmeye ve üretilen tuğlanın kalitesini keskin bir şekilde artırmaya imkan yaratmıştır.

Yarı kuru ekstrüzyon yöntemi ile yüksek boşluklu blok tuğlanın üretimi teknolojisi geliştirilmiş ve denenmiştir. Tuğla yüksek kaliteye sahiptir. Boşluk oranı % 40, kalite - 125-150. Ιsı geçirme göstericileri Avrupa donanımında üretilen tuğladan daha iyidir.

Tuğla fabrikaları için sunduğumuz teknoloji ve donanımlar 2-8 Şubat 2007 tarihlerinde Moskova'da gerçekleşen "Yerli ?nşaat Malzemeleri 2007" fuarında büyük bir başarı elde ettiler. Sunduğumuz teknolojiler vasıtası ile tuğla fabrikalarının inşaatı için büyük bir talep gözlemlemekteyiz.

Çin nin Guanjou şehrinde 30 mayıs -2 haziran 2007 tarihinde yapılacak olan "The 21-st China ınternational Ceramics ındustry Exhibition" Uluslar arası fuarada Sizleri davet ediyoruz. Asya fuarları arasında başta gelen bu inşaat malzemeleri ve tesisatları fuarında Sizinle karşılaşmaktan memnun kalacagız.

5-8 şubat 2007 tarihinde Moskova şehrinde SK "OLıMPıYSKıY" fuar merkezinde yapılacak olan "Yerli inşaat malzemeleri 2007" fuarında sektor A8 de yer almaktayız. Bu fuara Sizleride davet etmekteyiz. Fuarda geniş şekilde seramik tuğla ve tuğla imalãtı donatımları temsil edilecektir.

2006

Our exhibition in Italy was a great success. During the exhibition we signed contracts to build two brick-making factories: one in Russia - with an annual production capacity of 30 million clay bricks - and the other in the Republic of Azerbaijan, with a production capacity of 60 million bricks a year.

Our company completed the construction of two more brick factories - in Azerbaijan, with the annual production capacity of 15 million bricks, and in the Lipetsk Region, with a production capacity of 30 million bricks per year.

Congratulations to the Institute's General Director, Grigoriy Ivanyuta, who has been awarded the "Honored Builder of Russia" medal. Presented by the government of the Russian Federation, the high award recognizes his achievements in developing and implementing modern, economically efficient technologies in clay-brick production.

The ceramic industry's regular international exhibition, CeramAsia, will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, October 5-7, 2005. We welcome you to our company's exhibit at booth No. 12.

We developed and put into practice a technology for producing high-hollow clay economy bricks; they are produced through the dry-pressing method. The bricks have facing quality, 40% hollowness, and grade between 125 and 150. Their thermal conductivity is better than bricks made using European equipment. The bricks are box-shaped, and have blind hollows, which ensure that absolutely no cement gets in the inner cavities of the bricks.

In record-breaking time, our company has built and started up a brick-making factory in the Stavropol Region. The factory operates on the dry-pressing method and has a total annual output of 15 million bricks. The factory, erected "out in the country," was built in only eight months. Ten months after construction work began, the factory reached its planned production capacity. The produced bricks are grade 150. Production costs are less than one ruble per brick.
